Requirements:

1. AZ License: 
2. Driving Experience: Employer prefer at least 2+ years of experience driving heavy trucks or tractor-trailers.
3. Clean Driving Record: A good driving history with no serious violations or accidents is required.
4. Physical Fitness: Drivers must be able to handle physically demanding tasks like loading and unloading, and spending long hours on the road.
5. Endorsements: Some roles may require additional certifications, such as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) endorsement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Long Haul & Short City Loads: AZ drivers may handle both long-distance shorter local routes, depending on the job.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspecting vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards, and reporting issues to fleet managers.
• Record- ELOG: Maintaining accurate logs of hours, deliveries, and fuel consumption.
• Customer Interaction: Some jobs involve direct interaction with clients for deliveries or pickups.
