United Group of Companies is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at 101 Glidden Rd, Brampton, ON. This is a full-time, retail sales position with a competitive salary of $50,000+ per year, plus commission. Weekend availability is required, and schedules may vary.

Job Details:

💰 Salary: $50,000+ per year (base + commission, based on experience)
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time (Retail Sales – Schedule Varies, Weekends Required)

Responsibilities:

✔ Drive Sales – Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
✔ Customer Engagement – Understand client needs and provide expert product recommendations.
✔ Product Knowledge – Stay informed about tile options, materials, and trends to assist customers effectively.
✔ Negotiate & Close Deals – Work towards achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
✔ Maintain Records – Keep accurate logs of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
✔ Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Adapt to retail sales dynamics and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of sales experience (tile or construction sales is an asset)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
✔ Retail sales experience preferred
