Now Hiring: AZ Drivers – Hamilton (Canada Post Work)

United Group of Companies is hiring AZ Drivers for permanent, full-time Canada Post work in Stoney Creek, ON. This is a night-shift position with a new fleet and consistent work hours.

Job Details:

📍 Location: 393 Millen Rd, Stoney Creek, ON L8E 5A8
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
⏳ Hours: 60-65 hours per week
💰 Pay Rate: $22 per hour
🚛 New fleet of trucks
🔹 Permanent and stable employment

AZ Driver Responsibilities:

✔ Safe Operation of Vehicles – Drive an AZ-class truck in compliance with company and government regulations
✔ Timely Deliveries – Ensure on-time delivery of shipments as per Canada Post schedules
✔ Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Inspections – Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues
✔ Cargo Handling & Securement – Ensure proper handling and securement of loads
✔ Route Adherence – Follow assigned routes and communicate with dispatch for any necessary adjustments
✔ Compliance – Adhere to all safety regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company policies
✔ Record Keeping – Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 2 years AZ driving experience (flatbed operations or dry van)
✔ Valid AZ License with a clean driving record (CVOR and abstract required)
✔ Ability to pass a road test, complete online training, and clear a background check
✔ No criminal record
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Valid work authorization in Canada
✔ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
