AZ Driver

Job Title: AZ Driver (Full-time, Permanent)

Pay: $23.00 per hour (for runs under 700 km), $0.60 per mile for runs over 700 km

Responsibilities:

• Perform tailgate pick-ups and deliveries to customers.
• Operate company equipment, including tractor-trailers, pump trucks, etc.
• Conduct safety and mechanical inspections of the vehicle.
• Report any defects, safety issues, maintenance needs, accidents, or violations immediately.
• Document and log work/rest periods in accordance with regulatory and company policies.
• Comply with Provincial laws/regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions and shipment manifests.
• Hand bombing when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous commercial insured driving experience with an AZ license.
• Must possess a valid AZ Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record (CVOR and abstract required).
• Ability to pass a road test, physical abilities test, and background check.
• Positive, energetic work ethic with good communication skills is highly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• AZ License: Required
• Commercial Driving Experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Flexible Language Requirement: French is not required
